Quality is Maarit's top priority. She is without a doubt the very heart of the factory! Sometimes we wonder how she manages to find time to do everything - there is never a quiet day for Maarit! With Maarit at home, we don't have to worry about our green plants, because she is really good with plants and loves to take care of her own garden at home.

Mark, our experienced sales manager, takes care of our B2B customers and is happy to step into production when needed! With his background as a department manager at Harods in London, and several years as an entrepreneur, he brings a lot of experience to the team. A team builder who is always in a good mood and who brings people together and helps them grow. In his free time, Mark volunteers for organizations, makes podcasts about Finland and Finnish football.

Krista joined us 3 years ago in strong competition from her family's own transport company. We are very happy that she chose Aarja - for greater work capacity and structure you have to look a long way! She is 100% dedicated and sets the right and strict requirements for all our suppliers regarding everything from sustainability, purity and origin.

Raimo is a graduate of Organic Chemistry from the University of Jyväskylä. With 15 years in the industry, he is, together with Diego, the very heart of the development of new products. Developing supplements that make a difference is his mantra! In his free time, you will find him in the Finnish forests with his camera or picking the best berries in the world!

Marlene oversees all the little things to take care of all our lovely customers. Everything from customer service to online orders and other administrative tasks. You will also find her in our Aarja Boutique in Alta. In her free time, she likes to lace up her running shoes and go for a run, either alone or on a leash behind her Irish Setter.

Ida, the associate professor with a master's degree in mathematics and science, is a person of order who, among other things, keeps track of all our stores and clinics that sell Aarja products. She is genuinely interested in health and lifestyle, and if she is not in the office, you will most likely find her running around the capital. With great speed and energy, she always finds solutions!

Christina keeps control of inventory while also overseeing documentation of all production processes. With her new bachelor's degree in international business, she is always ready to help. She loves to travel and is an enthusiastic baker and book lover. Christina combines efficiency and warmth that makes her an indispensable part of the team.

Karuna is our skilled quality controller who, through careful testing, ensures that each product meets a high standard. She also checks that all ingredients are of top quality. Karuna is always friendly and easy to talk to. When she is not at work, she loves to travel and explore new places. Whether it is quality control or a new adventure, she tackles everything with great enthusiasm and good humor!

Sami, also known as "Samppa", ensures that the factory is operational and follows all procedures. His calm personality means that nothing gets out of hand! He spends his free time playing volleyball at a competitive level for the local team in Seinäjoki.

Tapio is our superhero " MacGyver" at the factory! He knows how the complex machines work and is always ready to solve any challenges that arise. There is nothing too challenging for this steady guy!

When it comes to experience, look no further than Terttu with over 50 years of experience in the production of dietary supplements and medicines. Terttu moves at lightning speed and we don't understand where she gets all that speed and energy from! Aarja's products are in safe hands.

Tarleena is the most lovable coworker you could ever have! She has the super important job of testing all of our ingredients to ensure they are of the highest quality possible. She also helps with the process of testing new products.

Always happy and cheerful. Sirpa is responsible for the cleanliness of the factory premises. She also works as a production operator, and performs tasks such as packaging products. In her free time, Sirpa enjoys gardening or going to the cabin located in the heart of nature.

Marica ensures that our products are packed with care and precision. She is very responsible and a real orderly, which makes her an important part of the team. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, puzzles, and dog sports such as rally obedience and lure coursing.

Simo, our skilled technical operator with expertise in production machinery. Dismantling, assembling or controlling machinery comes naturally to him. With his calm demeanor, thoroughness and positive attitude, Simo ensures that everything runs smoothly in production. In his free time, he has a passion for tinkering with cars and motorcycles.
