Healthy berry parfait with yogurt and granola – with an extra health boost from OptiMSM, Mind Body Boost and Biotic Boost

When autumn brings darker days, there are few things that bring more energy and joy than a fresh berry parfait. In this recipe, you can combine seasonal berries with protein-rich yogurt, crunchy granola and nut butter. You can also add OptiMSM + C , Mind Body Boost and Biotic Boost for extra strength for your body, skin, energy and digestion.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 150–200 g mixed berries (frozen or fresh – choose your favorites)
- 300g Greek yogurt
- 60–80 g granola (preferably a sugar-free variety)
- 2 tablespoons nut butter (almond, peanut or cashew – choose what you like best)
Topping:
- 1 handful of fresh berries
Extra boost (optional):
- 1 sachet OptiMSM + C
- 1 sachet Mind Body Boost
- 2 capsules (opened) Biotic Boost
Procedure
- Let the berries thaw for 5–10 minutes if they are frozen. Blend them in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth. Season with a little honey or maple syrup if desired.
- If desired, add OptiMSM + C , Mind Body Boost and/or Biotic Boost to the berry puree and stir well.
- Divide the berry mixture into glasses. Layer with Greek yogurt, granola and nut butter.
- Top with granola and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
