Aarja Health's Omega-3 Krill is based on pure krill oil from Antarctica, combined with choline and astaxanthin – developed for optimal absorption and effect. Directions: Take one (1) to four (4) capsules per day with water. It is advisable to build up the level with 2-4 capsules over a few weeks. Then maintain with 2 capsules per day.
