Instructions for use: 1 sachet in a glass of water and stir with a teaspoon. Please put water on the kitchen counter the night before so that it comes to room temperature. We do not use anti-clumping agents to keep the product as moist as possible and the powder may therefore experience small lumps, but this resolves after 10 minutes.
When should I take Mind+Body Boost: Mind+Body Boost can be taken at any time during the day. However, we recommend taking it in the morning or early afternoon, preferably before breakfast, as vitamins can have a refreshing effect for some. Can also be mixed with our OPTIMSM.
ÅPrecautions: Dietary supplements must not be used as compensation for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Inform your doctor that you are using the product if you are undergoing medical treatment. May not be used by children and young people under the age of 16.
