Ingredients:

Microencapsulated cranberry juice powder (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), L-arginine, oligofructose, L-citrulline, magnesium citrate (magnesium), L-tyrosine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), potassium chloride (potassium), L-taurine, Himalayan salt, sweetener (steviol glycosides), nicotinamide (niacin), cranberry extract (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (thiamine), folic acid, D-biotin, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy way of life. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original packaging, at room temperature and in a dry place.

Recommended daily dose: 1–2 sachets per day mixed with water.

Instructions for use: 1 sachet in a glass of water and stir with a teaspoon. It is advisable to leave the water on the kitchen counter the evening before to reach room temperature. We do not use anti-caking agents to keep the product as natural as possible, so the powder may contain some lumps. These usually dissolve after about 10 minutes.

When should I take Mind + Body Boost: Mind + Body Boost can be taken at any time during the day. However, we recommend taking it in the morning or early afternoon, preferably before breakfast, as vitamins can have an invigorating effect for some. It can also be mixed with our OPTIMSM.

Precautions: Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Inform your doctor that you are using the product if you are undergoing medical treatment. Not to be used by children and youths under 16 years. Pregnant and nursing women are encouraged to maintain a varied diet.

Storage: Store in a dry place, closed and out of reach of children (15–25 °C).

Recycling: The box should be sorted as cardboard waste, and the portion sachet as aluminium waste.
